Park City & Canyon Spirit Holiday
A sophisticated mountain escape just 35 minutes from Salt Lake City, designed to sit either side of the Canyon Spirit rail journey. Set in the Wasatch Mountains, Park City pairs Olympic heritage and 650km of trails with nearly 150 restaurants, historic Main Street shopping and luxury alpine resorts such as Waldorf Astoria Park City, Montage Deer Valley, Stein Eriksen Lodge, The St. Regis Deer Valley, Goldener Hirsch and Pendry Park City.
- Day 1: Arrive at Salt Lake City International Airport and transfer 35 minutes to Park City. Tour Utah Olympic Park, the 2002 Winter Games venue with two free museums, bobsled rides, alpine slide and zip-lines, then explore historic Main Street and its 200 boutiques, galleries and saloons. Overnight Park City.
- Day 2: Breakfast at a local café, then hike Park City's trails through aspen groves and mountain meadows. Afternoon at leisure in your resort, spa, pool or mountain-view terrace, and in summer an open-air concert at Deer Valley, Park City Mountain or High Star Ranch. Overnight Park City.
- Day 3: A final morning in the mountain air before departing for Salt Lake City, either to board the Canyon Spirit's 9:00 a.m. departure or to fly home from SLC.
Travelling before the train? Plan an early departure from Park City for the 9:00 a.m. Salt Lake City train. Staying after? You will arrive into Park City in the evening, roughly 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
